  • preparation of the complex fluid geometry with NX functionality
  • calculation of pressure loss and fluid velocity between inlet and outlet

Content of the order:

  • Development of a physical formulation for the calculation of magnetic forces on certain molecules of gas mixtures. Implementation of the formulation in NX Magneticss
  • Development of an interface between the Simcenter Solvers Magnetics and Flow to exchange these forces.
  • Import of the magnetic forces into the momentum equation of the CFD solver.
  • Development of a CAD / FEM / CFD model for validation, demonstration and application of the new technology.
  • Workshop and further user support.

  • Define dynamic goals of the machine with the customer
  • Create FEM model with Siemens NX Simcenter and Nastran, generation of the state space matrices

  • Evaluation of the machine concept with regard to achieving the dynamic goals with the help of simulation
